Markers include 24 autosomal STR loci, DYS391, two Y-indel loci (Rs2032678, Rs771783753) and Amelogenin. Compatible with mainstream forensic casework kits. Chosen primers and buffer system improve dye balance, reduce dye peaks, and make data analysis faster, easier and accurate.PCR components and conditions are well optimized, which greatly improve sensitivity of the kit. The kit includes more than 10 mini-STRs (<220bp) which could be detected by specifically designed STR loci arrangement, helping users to obtain profiles with the degraded samples also.Validation studies used concentrations ranging 0.031 ng to 1 ng of control DNA. Full profiles were obtained at concentrations as low as 62.5 pg\/\u00b5L. Yellow cell (D21S11) indicates partial detection at 31.25 pg\/\u00b5L only. All other loci show complete profiles from 62.5 pg\/\u00b5L upward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appreciable resistance to inhibitors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buffer system developed with perfect composition and quality delivers inhibitor free performance against the known inhibitors such as Humic acid, heme, tannic acid higher sensitivity. The improvised buffer formula enables anti-PCR inhibitor resistance capability and higher amplification efficiency, making simpler the analysis of samples containing DNA inhibitors, with stable, efficient amplification and reliable genotyping data. The markers included in the kit are: Expanded markers relevant to the Indian population<\/strong> makes this perfect for DNA databasing.
