IngenomicsTM Y Profiler STR Kit amplifies 37 commonly used Y-STR loci and 1 Y-indel using 6-dye fluorescent technology. This kit is highly compatible for different populations, has the ability to fulfil the needs of Y-chromosome analysis for both forensic and database construction. The Kit Includes 2 IQC markers.
Appreciable Sensitivity and Suitability
The buffer system and amplification program were optimised to make the whole testing process from sample to PCR products finish in just over 90 min, for FTA cards, Saliva swabs and no extra extraction or purification is needed. This feature reduces the cost of time and labour, enabling analysis of high-throughout samples.

At the base of 34 genetic loci, through reasonable loci arrangement, the system develops profiles with amplified product of size less than 500bp, and all amplified products are within the best range of the detection. The technolgy makes sure that the profiling outcomes generate most accurate and reliable genetic information as neeed for forensic analysis andand enable statistical significance. For better case work outcomes the kit includes 5 or more Rapidly Mutant Y Markers, giving users better power of discrimination on closely related samples.
