IngenomicsTM AutoProfiler is an autosomal STR case work analysis solution based on six dye chemistry. The kit amplifies 27 short tandem repeats (STRs), including Amelogenin and one larger and one smaller Internal Quality Control (IQC). The chosen markers include 24 of the autosomal STR loci, one Y chromosomal STR loci (DYS391), two of the Y-indel loci (Rs2032678, Rs771783753) and a sex determining marker Amelogenin. This kit is compatible with the mainstream autosomal case investigation kits generally used in all the forensic laboratories, which makes it a powerful tool in forensic case investigation. The IngenomicsTM AutoProfiler is forensic grade and is developed in an ISO 18385 as per guidelines.
Relaible Sensitivity and Suitability
PCR components and conditions are well optimised, which greatly improve sensitivity of the kit. Full profile could be obtained with DNA input as low as 0.0625 ng. The kit includes more than 10 mini-STRs (<220bp) which could be detected by specifically designed STR loci arrangement, helping users to obtain profiles with the degraded samples also.
